In this system, new players spawn at an airport where they must engage in a conversation with an administrator or designated person. The purpose of this interaction is to assess the player's suitability for the server. If the player successfully completes the conversation, demonstrating good behavior and understanding of the server's rules, the administrator can issue a whitelist ticket. This ticket allows the player to join and play on the server.
